Our Platform
Nodal SPC
Nodal SPC is a Cayman Islands Segregated Portfolio Company through which we structure and operate independent fund vehicles. Each segregated portfolio is legally ring-fenced — assets, liabilities and net asset value are strictly separate by design.
This architecture allows us to run multiple strategies under a single institutional umbrella whilst maintaining complete independence between portfolios. Investors benefit from institutional governance, independent administration and regulatory oversight without the cost and complexity of establishing a standalone fund.
