Bespoke Structure
Managed Accounts
Direct ownership, full transparency and complete alignment of interests. Your capital, managed to the same conservative standards that govern our institutional fund vehicles.
Overview
Your accounts.
Our discipline.
Managed accounts offer the most direct form of client engagement. Your capital remains in accounts held in your name, managed according to a mandate tailored to your specific objectives, risk tolerance and liquidity requirements. There is no commingling. Every position is visible. Every decision is accountable.
Any of our strategies — credit, distressed, opportunistic, digital assets — can be delivered through a managed account. Or we can build something entirely bespoke to your requirements. The difference is complete customisation — your mandate, your constraints, your pace of deployment.
Available to both institutional investors and qualified high-net-worth individuals who seek a more personal and transparent investment relationship.
Full Transparency
Complete visibility into every position, transaction and risk exposure. Real-time or daily reporting as required.
Tailored Mandate
Investment parameters defined collaboratively — sector focus, geography, risk limits, liquidity, drawdown constraints.
Direct Relationship
A dedicated investment relationship. Regular dialogue, direct access to the portfolio manager, no intermediaries.
Your Ownership
Assets held in your name with your chosen custodian. No commingling, and no structural lock-up at the vehicle level — the liquidity of the underlying positions follows the mandate.

How It Works
From conversation to mandate
Discovery
We begin with a candid conversation about your objectives, constraints, risk tolerance and time horizon. No obligations, no pressure.
Mandate Design
We collaboratively define the investment mandate — strategy focus, position limits, drawdown parameters, reporting frequency and custodian selection.
Ongoing Management
Active portfolio management according to your mandate. Regular reporting, open dialogue and periodic reviews to ensure continued alignment.
Risk Considerations
An honest assessment
A managed account is a vehicle, not a different strategy. It delivers the same underlying strategies and carries the same risks — credit and recovery risk, market risk, liquidity risk, depending on the mandate. The wrapper changes ownership and transparency, not the risk of the positions inside it.
There is no structural lock-up at the vehicle level, but the liquidity of the underlying positions can be extremely limited. An account invested in workouts or private credit cannot be unwound on notice — exit takes as long as the positions take to realise.
Loss of capital, including total loss on individual positions, is possible. Managed accounts are available to qualified and professional investors only.
Begin the conversation
Every managed account relationship starts with a private, no-obligation discussion about your investment objectives and how we might align.
