Every strategy starts from one question: how do we not lose the money? Each one launches on an anchor mandate, on the same regulated Cayman platform. Each is ring-fenced, and each is administered and audited independently.
Credit
Lending in Asian markets the banks underserve. We underwrite every loan ourselves, we know our borrowers, and the principal is secured.
Distressed & Special Situations
Bad loans, legacy positions and year-end tax-loss sales. We’ll buy your dead positions for a dollar so you can book the loss, one mandate at a time.
Opportunistic / Bespoke
Dislocations, corporate events and one-off deals. We only do them when we understand the downside and the margin of safety is clear.
Digital Assets

30 years in capital markets and fund management. He was a Vice President at Lazard and set up its Singapore debt trading desk. He grew his hedge funds from US$22.5M to nearly US$500M in four years, and raised over US$1 billion in client assets.

Infrastructure
A small firm with a proper structure.
We’re a BVI Approved Manager with a Cayman SPC, an independent administrator and an independent auditor. We built our own platform for data rooms, e-signing, KYC and reporting, so we don’t have to rent one.
Nodal SPC
Our Cayman Islands segregated portfolio company. Each portfolio’s assets, liabilities and NAV are legally separate from every other.
Client Portal
Documents, data rooms, e-signing and KYC behind one private login. We built it and we run it.
Institutional Custody
Assets sit with established institutional custodians, in segregated accounts, with daily reporting.
Independent Admin
A third-party administrator calculates NAV and runs investor services. An independent auditor signs off every year.
