Corporate Services
Form a Marshall Islands company.
A Marshall Islands business corporation, including a non-resident domestic corporation (IBC), formed to your structure: shareholding, directors and constitutional documents, through our sub-agent relationship with the registry. Days, not weeks.
Who it is for
A new company, under one administration.
For an owner who needs a Marshall Islands company and wants the formation, the registered agent and the secretarial record kept together.
- A holding company or a company formed for a transaction.
- A private company that needs a Marshall Islands corporation rather than a move of an existing one.
- Anyone who wants the registers and the annual calendar opened as part of the formation, not added later.
What you get
What the formation covers.
- The formation filing, through our sub-agent relationship with the Marshall Islands registry.
- The first registered agent appointment. The Trust Company of the Marshall Islands acts as registered agent. It must accept the appointment before the filing, and we arrange that.
- Registers of directors and shareholders opened on our platform.
- A compliance calendar for the entity, so annual filings have a date from the start.
A director or nominee appointment, if you need one, is priced after the first call. There is no published fee for it on this page. Annual maintenance after the first appointment is scoped with you on the same enquiry.
What we need
What you provide.
- The name you have in mind, and how the company is to be owned.
- Who the directors, officers and shareholders are.
- Identification and proof of address for each director, officer and shareholder, and each beneficial owner holding more than 25%.
- Who will sign the incorporation documents.
What we do not file
Some activities are closed.
Among others: banking, insurance, fund management, trust services, forex and virtual assets. We check the business against the full list before anything is filed.
Formation is a new company. If the company already exists and you are moving it in, that is redomiciliation. If it is already Marshall Islands and you are changing the agent, that is a transfer of administration.
The steps
How a formation runs.
Five steps. A formation is days, not weeks.
- 01
Enquiry
Tell us the company you want: the name, the shareholding, and who the directors and officers are.
- 02
Due diligence
Identity checks on the people behind the company, and the registered agent's acceptance of the appointment.
- 03
Filing
The constitutional documents are filed through our sub-agent relationship with the Marshall Islands registry.
- 04
Registers
The registers of directors and shareholders are opened on our platform from those facts.
- 05
Calendar
The annual filings are dated on the entity, so the first year of administration has a calendar from the start.

Enquiry
Tell us about the company you want.
A reply within 48 business hours, with a scope. This form is the short enquiry, not a document upload.
Already incorporated elsewhere and moving in? Start at redomiciliation. The full list is the corporate services page, and a change of agent is a transfer.
Corporate services are administrative services, not investment or tax advice, and are provided separately from YMC Capital’s investment management business.
