Authority to instruct the transfer.
Identification and proof of address for each director, officer and shareholder, and each beneficial owner holding more than 25%.
The constitutional documents and registers the current administration holds, so we open the same record.

Identity checks on the directors, officers, shareholders and beneficial owners, and the registered agent's acceptance of the appointment.

The appointment and the registry filings the transfer needs. We prepare them from the company's own documents.

Directors, shareholders and the resolution trail are opened on our platform, with a change history from the day we take them on.

Annual registrations and the other dates the company already carries are put on its compliance calendar.
