Do I have to sign an NDA to see a deal?

Yes. Every deal on our network is listed under a codename, and you sign a confidentiality agreement before we show you the company, its accounts, and the documents behind them.

That is how we protect the business until we know who is looking.

Once you have signed, you get the full picture: the company, its financials and the deal documents. You get none of that before.
