What does YMC Capital do?
YMC Capital works out stuck positions, runs a regulated fund platform for sponsors, sets up segregated accounts, takes operating roles in businesses, and looks after offshore companies. We also buy and sell businesses and assets through our Deal Network.
Most people come to us with one of five problems. A position that won't move. A strategy that needs a regulated home. Money that wants its own vehicle. A business that needs someone to run it. Or a company that needs looking after.
The sixth way in is a deal: one you want to sell, one of ours you want to buy, or one you want to work on with us.
We work out positions nobody else will touch, including old LP interests, defaulted loans and minority stakes. We'll also buy a dead position for a dollar so you can book the loss.
