What is a managed account?
A managed account is a structure where your capital stays in accounts held in your name and we manage it to a mandate built around your objectives, risk tolerance and liquidity needs. Nothing is pooled, you can see every position, and we answer for every decision.
Any of our strategies can run through a managed account: credit, distressed, opportunistic or digital assets. Or we can build something entirely around what you need. You set the mandate, the limits and how fast the money goes in.
The vehicle has no lock-up, but that doesn't mean you can exit quickly. Positions inside it can be very illiquid. An account invested in workouts or private credit can't be unwound on notice. Getting out takes as long as the positions take to realise.
Managed accounts are open to institutional investors and to qualified high-net-worth individuals who want a more personal and open relationship with their manager. The minimum is USD 5M for a new structure built from scratch, or USD 1M if we're appointed to manage a structure you already have in place.
